Yang Shan white honey peach is one of the most renowned local delicacies of Wuxi, boasting a history of nearly 70 years. The Yangshan peach is celebrated for its exquisite shape, vibrant colour, delicious taste, tender flesh, and rich aroma. It is easily peelable, juicy, aromatic, and simply melts in your mouth.

 

STORAGE

Storing these peaches in the fridge at a cooler temperature can slow down the natural ripening process of the fruit. You can safely keep your peaches in the fridge for up to 5 days. However, be mindful that the cold air in the fridge can cause the peaches to dry out, so keep an eye out for any wrinkles. If you notice wrinkles on a refrigerated peach, it's best to consume it as soon as possible.
