Enjoy its complex flavours that is similar to raspberry and strawberry but slightly more tart, complemented by a subtle woody essence. With its dark red spike-like clusters and a grainy texture followed by a burst of sweet red juice. Remember to soak them in salt water to enhance their taste before enjoying them whole.

Start by giving your Yang Mei berries a quick rinse under running water to wash away any surface impurities. Then soak the bay berries in a saltwater solution by adding 1 teaspoon of salt per 2 cups of water.
