Old Tree MSW Durian Puree

Our delicious MSW Durian Pulp is made with 100% pure old tree MSW durians. Absolutely no artificial colours or flavourings. It is thick, creamy and custardy, with mouthfeel with hints of bitterness and sweetness. Ideal to incorporate into your dish for a powerful durian flavour! Use in any sort of durian pastry like durian puffs, mochi, crepes, cakes, as a decadent topping for ice cream, gelato, durian shakes, kueh kueh, birthday cake, swiss roll cakes, or served as a topping for waffles. Mooncakes and Christmas log cakes makers have also adopted the use of MSW in their creations to meet with the increase demand.

Lao Shu Mao Shan Wang, with its peculiar combination of bitter and sweet flesh, is almost like the "Kinder Surprise" of durians. They go by the name Musang King and are the most costly durian in Singapore. Singaporeans like them for their delicious bittersweet flavor and thick, creamy texture.

The vivid, opaque yellow flesh of the Mao Shan Wang durian beautifully reveals its sour, sweet flavor. When the MSW durian flesh is sucked on, it will easily separate from the small seeds.
