Japanese Oita Kitsuki Mikan is a Setoka variety that is exceptionally excellent and highly juicy. It has an aromatic, fragrant flavour that is similar to Murcott. It is popular with families because of its gorgeous orange thin rind, which is readily peelable and has a rich sweet flavour with a mellow acidity. They are also considered a symbol of good fortune, making this fruit a popular choice as a premium gift in Japan.
