xNan Shui Li has a smooth, pale yellow skin with brown speckles and apple-shaped appearance that is firm, crunchy and juicy. Therefore, they are excellent for desserts and snacks. When cooked with rock sugar, these pears become transparent and soft. Their melt-in-the-mouth texture and strong aroma, which is enhanced by the natural sweetness of the fruit.
STORAGE
Fresh pears can be stored in the fridge or in a perforated plastic bag or paper bag in the vegetable compartment of your fridge. Fully ripe pears will keep fresh in the refrigerator for three to five days.
