"Tsukiroman" is a delicious golden yellow pure tomato produced in the heart of JA Enshu. They are sweet, flavourful and smooth as jelly. Mr. Ohashi, a farmer who grows them with a sugar content of 8 degrees or higher from winter to spring, and a sugar content of 7 degrees or higher from summer to fall when the water absorption rate is high, is one of just a few producers in Japan. Each sample's sugar content is carefully picked by a professional who examines the sugar content of the sample and reviews the sugar content with the producer's experienced eyes.

 

STORAGE

Tupperware or a flat cardboard are all good places to store ripe tomatoes upside down (stem-side down) on paper towels. Ripe tomatoes can be kept in the fridge for a few days, but they should be eaten as soon as possible.
